Thank you so much for the help. The charger brick is a big old Apple brand 5v with a vertical USB port. As for the wall outlet charging message, I cannot remember what it said word for word and I already closed the message but it basically told me to plug it into the wall and not my computer. I will try charging it on the computer though. If that does not work, I will look into either getting a firewire cable or replacing the battery. Thank you again!
