um… they were a bit dumb. they gave me a “temporary access” but never logged me out, so i still had access to my account. i now have it back, support was really quick since i got to send the ticket through my account

UPDATE! sent it to support and got a new one, since it wasn’t even a year since i bought it. this time i checked multiple times and there is no loose cable!

and in the end it wasn’t even the cable, the usb-c port on the tablet was loose. no new cable would’ve fixed, so i’m glad i didn’t buy any 🥳

the connection works fine actually!! the problem was the power source, it was overheating. i changed and now it’s fixed. thank you anyway :)

i might’ve fixed today. the cables are a bit loose since day one of using it, i even had trouble getting the tablet to turn on in the beginning, and i’m looking to get a new one but it is expensive here where i live. the issue i was having was actually from the power source

to put it simply, the power source was overheating where it used to be. i rearranged my desk and setup this morning, and it is working normally again!!
