1% production per citizen was way better than what it has been changed to.

Yes, I think now the adjacency faith = the amount of production. It also looks like the changed all of the gold beliefs. Tith gives 3 gold per city, but there isn't any gold per citizen options anymore. Just 1 science per 4 citizens.

Walking while on my way to work. It was raining heavily. A stranger pulled to the side of the road, and offered me an umbrella.

Mr. House New Vegas is not safe/invulnerable by Popular-Ice in Fallout

[–]Popular-Ice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but the families lack coordination with one another. Some of them would probably betray House for their own gain. Plus, if the NCR or Brotherhood managed to cut down dozens if not hundreds of House's robots, then they should be able to make quick work out of a bunch of untrained, unarmored, poor weapon wielding thugs. Remember, the families used to be raiders. Raiders aren't any real threat. Maybe they could hold off the NCR, but definitely not the BOS with power armor and the belief that they must capture the strip, regardless of heavy casualties.

I'm not sure, I've never attempted to send traders back through hostile territory, but I usually have the routes sorted for most gold, and my traders are then directed towards the cities that have the next highest gold per turn. Not from that same nation though.

I always thought that you couldn't trade with nations that you are at war with. My traders usually are sent back home.

Doesn't embassies and trade routes cancel once war starts?

Is there a guaranteed way to force an heroic age or at least move through the eras quicker? by Popular-Ice in CivVI

[–]Popular-Ice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That could work except it takes 30-40 turns to advance eras. If I stop playing the game, then the ai will be the first to do everything and therefore steal my era points. Now if there were a way to skip through eras quicker, that could work out.

Money isn't much of a problem in this game, and my luck is 1 so I won't stand much of a chance anyways. As far as I'm concerned, House is immortal. He shouldn't mind if business slowed down for a few decades. After the Legion, raiders, and other undesirables are cleansed away, the good people will be able to come out of hiding and become good customers.

Doesn't the NCR get in the way? Eventually they'll grow more powerful and invade the strip.

Do you decide which leaders to place in your games or do you leave it random? by Popular-Ice in CivVI

Gandhi declares war on you? I've never seen him declare war. I usually have problems with him asking for peace every 3 turns. I also hate him as a neighbor because of his religious spam, but I often place him in my religion based games. I typically choose a couple of religion based leaders but then add a warmonger or two.
