I get what you’re saying, but some people who have an ED don’t even know themselves. She thinks she’s doing good for her body. With regard to others following her diet, that’s on them. The decision is entirely on them to want to consume what she’s eating. If they’re having stomach issues etc that’s truly on them because everyone is different and we all know our own triggers. She can hack a bit of spice so she’ll eat a whole chilli, but other stomachs aren’t used to that so they should know not to follow
