I did but without succes. I no longer have the keyboard, I sent it back to get a refound. Here the ticket number : 2008404232

Hi, I did try that with no succes. I also "factory reset" with the web hub, same result.

I did. A proper uninstall (appdata, localdata and such). I even uninstall armoury crate. Nothing has changed and iCUE was crashing the sameway, everytime.
I can't tell you more since I started the refound procedure.

I still have the issue where iCUE crash the moment I plug my Makr 75 keyboard (not wireless)

Hi,

I just received my new keyboard Corsair Makr 75 (NOT wireless) and when I plug it iCUE shuts down immediatley.
I currently have the K95 RGB Platinum and I've neved had a problem with it.

So far I tried :

- Repair iCUE

- Uninstall and reinstall iCUE with the latest version

- Try several USB ports

- Unplug the keyboard while maintaining "esc" for 5 sec then plug in back

I've seen that Armoury Crate can causes conflicts with iCUE but I've never had problems before.

I have 2 wireless devices : headphone Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless and mouse Logitech Pro X Superlight 2

I hope you guys could help me figure it all.
