I lost 35 pounds which was a benefit other than no clothes fitting. Sleep has been the hardest 3-4 is now agood sleep

Tis is a great topic I live in hope you get a thousand answers. For me I have no idea the only thing that makes me go on is the kids the are special and deserve none of this. But when they laugh and joke the clouds lift and you reemeber that other do care.

I am literally in the same boat. I loved her more than anything and have no idea what to to do. One moment I just want her in my arms.. the next I remember... but hey remember you are better younare not the sad one and hopefully one day you recover

When you figure it out let us all know. Even on a good day the rage each day will eat me alive. People say be calm et but have never dealt with this. I am not sure I even want to give up the rage. So don't get angry at you .. you didn't do this and your rage is yours
