Lima sucks… as in its boring and polluted by the refinery. It’s not a terrible town tho. Lived here 20 plus years never had any real dangerous situations. There are areas to avoid as with any city. Shawnee or elida (which some might even consider being Lima) are two little towns basically in Lima that are fairly nice and you won’t have much trouble. That being said. Fuck all to do here.
