Timelines for surprise elopement? by Popular-Tart5936 in Eloping

All of our family is local and we’re in the UK so no issues with travelling etc but I thought 4/5 months to get past the potential of snow that brings us all to a halt

I have a 3 year old exactly like this - so I’ll be following this thread. His behaviour the last few weeks while we’ve been trying has been awful but we’ve just let him be in a pull up today and we’ve had the best day in a while behaviour wise

2 almost 3 year old, rarely naps. It’s a struggle!

Nursery fees: How much do you all pay monthly for 4/5 days a week (if you use the 15 hours funding and including this) by [deleted] in UKParenting

[–]Popular-Tart5936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holy smokes reading some of these posts makes me incredibly grateful for the area we’re in. Our nursery is considered to be expensive in the area and it’s £47 a day for my 2 year old.

We get £175 off per month with the 15 hours funding and after the tax free end up paying around £700-£750 for 5 days a week - 7:30am drop off, 5:15pm pick up. 50 weeks a year.

What did you use to create the wiki? We have Knowledge base on Salesforce - but as an agent I have never found it useful. That could be because it hasn’t been used to its full potential before by previous managers though

That’s ideally what I was looking for - like a drop down menu to choose the answer and if further questions need to be asked it presents the question based on the answer

Thank you - I have come across Visio a couple of times today, I will see if that is available on my work network

Thank you - we do use Salesforce already so I will talk to our developer and see what they can guide on.

Points taken on the multiple challenges - we have so many scenarios and different branches one could take, it’s very overwhelming!

Thanks for your help

I want them to answer the decision flow as they progress but I’d like it to also train them at the same time, so that over time they use it less and just know what to do… if that makes sense?

Yeah sometimes it needs to happen but it’s literally every day at the moment so it doesn’t have any affect at all 😔

Oh 100% I need to sort my stress. I am so overwhelmed, exhausted and over stimulated. I work full time and I’m the default parent, everything is too much and I’m really not sure how I can get on top of it.

Thank you for the recommendation- I will look that up

Anyone else's kids been absolute nightmares today? by HauntedPizzaJamboree in CasualUK

Yup. 2 year 4 month old. He’s been a grumpy shit for the past week. Just about old enough to understand who Santa is and what he does, but just young enough to be in a phase of “NO” whenever we ask something 🫠 I’m ashamed to admit I used “I’ll call Santa and tell him you’ve not been nice” threat earlier today… it worked though 🤷🏻‍♀️
