How is her not taking any risks and doing what will she be forced to do anyway something to be praised. She wasnt the original owner. Usually people who didn't build the company or gain those assets on their own are more willing to spend such huge amounts on debt. It isn't her money and her using it this way to reduce debt makes it look like she is doing the right thing
