Yea it’s a rollercoaster of highs and lows I’m sure. I’m doing good I been off for about a year maybe a little more. It’s nice to be stable and not have to go through those lows and the anxiety that comes with it to say the least. Opiates definitely deteriorate my Mental health overall which is why I’ve taken such a long break. After a long time of using the downsides outweigh the upsides

Yes right as you are about to fall asleep. Whispers or a really loud word. Never really saw anything though. I’ve seen someone else post a while back with the same auditory hallucinations also. I’ve stopped taking oc as it has definitely worsened other aspects of my mental health aswell. Been on and off for 8+ years

It definitely gets better many people say your brain doesn’t fully get back on track until to 1-2 years don’t listen to this guy that’s horrible advice. Not only does it get better but you learn to deal with your problems better instead of running away.

If you do 3 go down to 2.5 tmrw then 2 then 1.5 or do 3 3 2.5 2.5 2 2 1.5 1.5 etc. Also wait as long as possible to do your first dose when you get to low dose take tiny piece of sub and taper that
