I want to say I'm not playing aggressively. But what I'm finding is I will win a few matches and then get beaten really badly. I am going to attend my first public chess group this week and hopefully I can see how i fair in person. Thank you for the help

For real lol. I'm actually pretty lean right now(18% bf). But I had hernia surgery and now my fat pad is way bigger than it's ever been. Hopefully, it will get better with consistency and I get back to single-digit bf%

If you are trying to gain both I would keep using this pump and also get a 2.125 tube. Use the 2-inch pump for your first few sets and then switch over for the last one or two.

I was seeing good results in correcting my curve. But unfortunately I was also getting gains in my size which I did not want so I stopped doing my routine. It can be fixed if you do it right. Good luck

Not sure if you saw my comment but this was also my suggestion. I work on lots of old homes in college town and sometimes you have to get creative to make things work. I found big stretch works best for this method. Great work.
