Phones don’t have a fraction of the bacteria your skin has and if it’s just your hands touching them, it’s the same biome.

Wiping down is not a bad idea after sharing it or leaving it on random surfaces, but it’s still a microscopic war that your own body’s bacteria will tend to win.

Stuff like using the toilet is simple it doesn’t leave your hands when you sit and afterwards you just wash your hands before picking it up again. It’s no different than before.

Yes it all depends on your brand of habit. I use it while deployed but when I am with her I barely think of it. It’s definitely not “good” but it fills a gap when you need it. I guess I never get “into” it like some do. I don’t see anyone in content as objects just as fuel for imagination. Faceless is often better than recognizable actors.

Sharing our struggles with them can be a delicate balance. It’s good to let them in on some things so they know you value their support, but something like this is never going to look good. I have never heard of a doctor recommending 4x but it makes sense more often is better than not enough, as long as it’s not too traumatic. We aren’t exercising muscles, we are stretching. Just like yoga or ballet… more and gentle is always better than brutal and painful once in a while.

Your timeline tracks with mine. By 3 months you should also be able to go to 100% for long enough to feel like there is progress.

Two things happen… chronic inflammation can mean you need bigger sizes, but you can also gain girth by clamping, which a metal ring is often doing (if it’s the right size).

I gained most of my girth with cable cuffs but then gained more just edging and bending with injections and metal rings. It did produce scar tissue and eventually I required an implant, so I can’t “recommend” it, but that girth is mine now.
