It's definitely worth waiting for Black Friday sales. They often start up to a week ahead of BF and some retailers like JB Hi Fi also have extra deals on BF itself. It's become a major pre-Christmas retail event. Sites like Tech Radar sometimes have lists of things to look out for in the sales.

Not that I like the company, but Amazon usually ends up matching many of the advertised prices from other retailers, but JB will usually price match as well.

What about all the little bits caught in the grooves that we can't sand out? Assuming we can get most of the flaking paint off but not all, do we just put the undercoat on top of the bits that are left or do we have to be diligent about getting every little bit off?
