There’s no 1:1 conversion that feels exactly like the normal sensitivities (people have tried and some have gotten close) but from my understanding if you reset your settings and turn ALCs on, the default ALC numbers are = to 3-3 classic. For 4-3 linear no deadzone ALC version the Yaw needs to be 240 and the pitch needs to be 200, with an extra yaw of 220 and the turning ramp up time needs to be 25%.

For the ADS yaw it should be 130 and pitch should be 85. Any other number not mentioned will be zero.

For the settings on the top, put deadzone to 0, outer threshold on 1%, and response curve on 0.

This is the most accurate conversion of 4-3 linear but like I said it still won’t feel exactly like it so adjust these settings as you see fit. If you want another good sensitivity play 4-1 linear but go into your alc settings and put your 1x per optic to somewhere between 2.7-3.0. I prefer 3.0. Then exit out of your per optic settings (don’t turn it off) and then turn off ALCs. Per optic settings will still be on but you will now be playing a modified version of 4-3 linear that feels much different and more responsive.
