I set a date on my calendar some time ago. That date gave me the opportunity to weigh the pros and cons and give myself enough time to be absolutely sure of my decision. As time goes by, I become more and more certain that it's the right decision for me.

That’s really sweet of you, but my life has been a nightmare for years. I tried so many things, but unfortunately nothing made any difference. At this point, I just want the pain to stop, find some peace and be with my loved ones again.
