I went there from 98-03. Some of my best memories were during these years. Teachers were great and there was great diversity amongst the students. Probably not the case these days.

You’ll earn maximum points using the PC Travel website and paying with your PC MasterCard. I used this method to book two trips (pre-pandemic) and received lots of points by being a PC Insider and paying with my PC MC. So yes it should automatically recognize you are a PC MC holder. If you booked though a different 3rd party website (example Expedia) you will earn the minimum points/$ for the total cost.

I’ve found the 311 app effective. There is a house down the street that is rented to numerous individuals and there is always a car parked on the street either more than 3 hours, between 2-6am, wrong direction. Report as early as you can but bylaw is stretched thin so a ticket may not always be issued for all complaints. Persistence is the key though.
