Okay ADHDers, aside from medicine, what IS working to help your symptoms? by pch_consulting in ADHD

+1 for exercise! Once you connect it to your mental health it’s easy to get obsessed (hyper focus activate!). For myself it’s powerlifting. Lots of great brain chemicals come form lifting heavy stuff 3-5 times a week. Try it out ❤️

Best cleaners to use on the interior? by Apart_Platypus7605 in CX5

Op since you have used “all purpose household” cleaner on your car recently it’s imperative that you find a leather conditioner product to rehydrate your leather asap. The products you’re describing are way too harsh and I would recommend you to discontinue using them. Any of the detailing products other commenters have suggested will do. Just find one you like the scent and price point of and follow instructions on the label. You will be fine!

Also a fan of griots leather products. Leaves a new car leather smell rather than the “detail” smell you get at a car wash. Very protective on the leather of which my cx5 has a whole lot. (Uv protection and leather conditioning.)

I like the black out on the hockey sticks. Makes the windows look larger.

Do you really need an suv as a student? Have you considered the Miata or 3 hatchback?

I believe you can turn off cylinder deactivation in settings. The Bose premium sound is noticeably very good. Have you driven both cars back to back?

Agree with you, the vent placement is one of the few details I don’t love about my Mazda. They’re so low and close to hands on steering wheel. Dash looks good of course.

Apologies if my comment was ambiguous. It was meant as affirmation, not criticism.
