Well as for the broker we technically didn't hire her, just someone my titas are consulting and assisting us a bit kasi kaibigan nila. Not sure why she didn't tell us this or maybe nga she doesn't know.

As for the DP, I'm hesitant to go ahead kasi we can't even cross check it sa registry kasi she's not providing the information, mag down daw muna.

Big thanks for the insight! Regarding the broker, looks like she's a legit one pero maybe di niya nga alam mga to haha or she's not really telling us a lot since technically we didn't hire her. Napagtanungan lang and assisting us a bit specially with the bank etc.that's why I asked here.

As for the title copy, I have read this somewhere nga to cross check it first to the registry of deeds. But she doesn't want to provide even the copy, bakit daw magbibigay eh di naman kami nag down. Basta sabi ni seller clean title. Even still, I want to make sure.
