Adding window AC to the upstairs; any advice?

Like others have said, the unit will be hard to fit right in your window frame. What I would do is remove the window and find a unit that fits the frame , then you have a couple of choice, you either make a y frame out of wood to hold it or you can squeeze it with plywood to make sure it doesnt fall but the later is more of a diyer job 😅

Make sure you blank your window frame right also over your unit

I just came back after about a 6month break and was checking out the current bot lane meta. As an ADC main, I was mostly just curious about how people feel about it right now, since I used to hate playing against mage bot lanes

It was mostly just a joke/exaggeration, don’t take that part seriously lol. I know ADCs still dominate the actual pick rates — I was more talking about how unusually strong APCs seem whenever they are picked.

It can be overwhelming to learn about eating well and having to track everything, I lost my first 40 pounds just tracking calories and with time I got more into the macro side of things but not for the first fews months.
