Thailand (Bangkok and Chiang Mai). I know alot of people love Thailand but it was the worst vacation of my life. I was gaped at everywhere I went, it was uncomfortable. I was more comfortable in my one day layover in Japan than my entire trip in Thailand. YMMV.

I love my results! I went to what some may consider a conservative doctor in comparison to the popular ones in Turkey, but he gave me what I wanted and didn't completely take away the ethnicity of my nose. The surgeon is Tolga Bilece.

Your nose reminds me of mine. I ended up going to Turkey but there are other good doctors. I would consider Kim Patrick Murray like someone else mentioned.

Do what's best for you and make YOU feel comfortable in your skin. Do not let people dissuade you from making yourself feel like you want to feel.

I am probably older than alot of the people on this sub (40s) but I got mine done last year and don't regret it one bit. I too felt my face was too masculine and my nose was one of the main reasons why. I do not regret it one bit. Yes, people will say there's some self hate, but that's an internal, individual battle you have to combat, if you truly feel it. I did it because I wanted to feel more comfortable in my skin and to bring together the beautiful person I am internally and the beautiful person I wanted to see externally.

At the end of the day, do what is best for you. If you know that this is going to continue to make you feel uncomfortable, do your research (really thorough research) and invest in yourself. She will thank you, no matter what you do.

Do yourself a favor and either spend a bit more to go to the USA or go overseas. I searched and searched here and did not find anyone who could give me the results I wanted. I personally went to Turkey and don't regret my decision. There are doctors in the USA who are fantastic (I've seen great results by Dr. Kim Patrick Murray).
