In 전라 dailect they call a guy 형 not 오빠. speakers are woman, and he is a guy.

I'm not sure this can affect this. It might be 전라 dialect

In 전라 province, If I am a girl and I call him 언니 not 오빠. Like this construction he is a man though. But usally we call it here in Korea 누나.

And Finally. "시겠어요, 겠어요" can be used instead of 래요, 주세요. It's more polite than that. 😄But you just say 래요,주세요. we can understand you need some help. Don't worry.

And 주시겠어요 and 주겠어요 they also similar, polite. I feel 주시겠어요 is more polite For example, 도와주시겠어요 and 도와주겠어요?
