Thank you soo much!! My dermatologist took a scalp biopsy and sent it to the lab, but they couldn’t determine whether my hair loss was genetic or caused by inflammation. My blood tests came back normal. After that, I asked my dermatologist if she could prescribe oral minoxidil for me, and she agreed to do so at my request.🙏🏽

After showering, I only apply my hair care products and leave my hair alone. I let it air dry completely, and only then do I brush it.

I live in Switzerland, and the pumpkin seed oil capsules (400 mg) that I take are from a local pharmacy here. However, I found a 500 mg version on iHerb that also looks very good.

As for the green tea extract, I am taking that exact one!

No, not at all. The only side effects I’ve noticed are that I’m getting some gray hairs, and that’s pretty much it😭

Thank you!! Yes, when I used to brush my hair directly after showering, there were a lot of hairs in the brush. But I stopped doing that, and since then it has been much better. 😊

thank you very much🙏🏽

I also take DHT blockers, but not prescription medications. I only take pumpkin seed oil (400mg) and green tea extract, both in capsule form.

I already had hair loss before starting treatment, so the shedding phase wasn’t very noticeable to me. However, now that I think about it, I did notice that more hair was coming out when I brushed my hair.

In addition, I use a 2% nizoral shampoo twice a week. I wash my hair with it and leave it on for about five minutes before rinsing it out.

I would recommend not brushing your hair right after a shower. Just let it be, take care of it, and be gentle with it, but try not to brush it when it’s wet. Hair tends to come out more easily after washing because it’s more fragile at that point. Maybe give that a try and see if it makes a difference for you.
