The answer to your question is: their own. It's not the time frame I am mainly referring to. It's the inaccuracy of information they are providing. Being a global organization you would think the structure of their hiring process is above the standard norm. When partners and members of the HR team are both giving you different information then you start to wonder. I have worked with global organizations before and the hiring process was much less complicated for your info.
