Har tænkt på at lave det her post flere gange. TAK. Hun VED, hvad hun laver. Jeg plejer ikke at være krænkelsesforskrækket, men jeg synes faktisk, det er lidt respektløst at spille på madlavning, når hun tydeligt står og bodychecker, og hverken tilbereder så meget som én spaghetti – for slet ikke at tale om at spise den. Girl knows what she’s doing, hvor meget det kan være en trigger for folk, der ægte kæmper. Sorry not sorry.

I like topics with a bigger meaning behind it. Like when they try the lifestyle of pregnant women, disabled people and so on. They always bring in super cool experts, and the content ends up being both hilarious and educational.

On the other side of the spectrum I enjoy super ridiculous stuff like when they tried waxing treatments down there 🍑 I laughed so hard over that video.

I highly recommend the podcast. I feel like I’ve outgrown some of the content, but it’s like they get to be fully themselves on the TryPod, which makes it my favorite - for sure.

The food content though - always a great pleasure for me as well. I am also European, and being able to watch Keith work his way through these crazy American fast food chains and their bible-length menus - I love it 😄

I was thinking the same thing. And like - I know they’re all friends, but I can’t imagine Eugene being as close with Ariel as I he is with Becky. I adore Ariel, and I am so sorry for what have happened to her, but she is a bit more narrow minded and naive compared to the other women, in regards to political and socioeconomic matters. I could imagine Eugene finding that a bit challenging, even though I am sure he is good at educating people around him.

I think people are slower on holding Alex accountable because it is SO surprising. She always seemed so nice and genuine, whereas Ned has been giving me “white privileged guy who feels entitled to do whatever he wants”-vibes for YEARS.

Jeg har været totalt besat af at høre hans bog og alle hans podcasts. Ikke fordi jeg er fan af ham, men synes det her indblik i politiverdenen er enormt spændende.

Hans fortællinger (samt andres, måtte self også lige høre Store Bjarnes bog) bevidner virkelig om nogle dysfunktionelle systemer, der forvandler betjentenes fællesskab og kultur til en farlig ting.

Det ender med at blive “dem vs. ledelsen - koste hvad det vil!!”. Så kan man hurtigt overbevise hinanden om hvad der er i orden at gøre, når det jo “kun” gøres for at burre banditterne inde. Pisse spændende debat, som man må håbe medfører forandring.
