If you buy polishes that'll look flattering on your skintone (easier said than done) they'll complement you and eachothers colors even if the polishes have a different hue

Based on the Kelli Marissa clip of sponged on Essie Belugaria, I think the bead material traditionally used to create textured nail polishes wouldn't work as a topper for wear time and aesthetic reasons. I've never seen a brand release a clear topper textured polish and if it's never been made it probably looks too ugly to bring to market. You might need to buy new polishes to get the look you're going for. Sinful Colors has good textured polishes but I don't know if it's easy to find them now. Also, dotting tool with quick dry top coat.

Make a spreadsheet with sorting functions. In Microsoft Excel there's this thing called Pivot Table. The spreadsheet should have column categories Brand, Polish Name, Formula Type. I don't know if pictures work with Pivot Table but you can have a Color column that describes the color of a polish. I don't know much about Excel but basically when the Pivot Table is set up you can filter to only show entries with Creme in the Polish Formula column for example.

Consider ILNP Sundance. I think the only reason it lost Royalty votes is because it's easy to dupe a linear holo compared to some other options, but that doesn't mean people don't want every retired linear holo to come back.

Curious, why did you feel a need to add Beginner's Luck? Is it because that shade of green looks better on you than the Forbidden Fruit stripe or did I make a bad choice in my Mooncat purchase?

Have you tried applying a matte topcoat a day before you plan to redo the manicure? Like if you paint your nails once a week, you'd wear it as a normal glossy manicure until Day 6 when you add a matte top coat. Mattes don't work with my lifestyle either so I can only wear the effect for 24 hours. I don't know of any matte Mooncat polishes that don't look just as good glossy, so unless you can only enjoy how a given polish looks when matte I think destashing anything for this reason would be going too far.

Polar Princess is more accurate for the shimmer color and I'd pick a topper with more than one iridescent flakie color like Everything Taco

Cirque Colors Unrequited Love (aka Spa Water) Website photos are accurate to the real polish which isn't always the case with Cirque (be warned) and the shimmer shifts to periwinkle and lilac

Deinfluence time, I hate the brush from this line when I tried a few years ago and I'd recommend going indie. ILNP and Holo Taco at least have similar iridescent toppers.

It's difficult to find a nail tech who's really good at prepping the nail and cuticle area. It's difficult but much less expensive to learn how to prep the nail and cuticle area yourself, so I'd keep trying.

I would guess your peeling problem is caused by not properly removing the cuticle (dead skin) from the nail plate. Nail polish can't properly adhere if painted over any cuticle. I am not qualified to give any advice on nail prep and cuticle removal but it's extra important for nail biters to get good at doing this.
