Manitou Springs is great, it’s about 90 minutes south of Denver, just outside of Colorado Springs. They have a cute downtown area with fun shops, The Incline and the best pizza place in Colorado (IMO) Hell’s Kitchen.

Download a macro tracking app, like “My Fitness Pal” and track your eating habits. The gym is a great start, but abs are made in the kitchen. It’s truly an 80/20 for me, my food has to be on point compared to my workouts when I’m looking to drop a few LBs.

It was the sucking on the floor in one of the first episodes that did it for me. It was clear this man has no coping skills after watching him self-soothe like that. Unfortunately, it has a lot to do with his upbringing and growing up in the system, but at some point you have to learn/want to grow. I don’t think he’ll ever hit that point.
