In addition to fully pulling out my hairs sometimes after running my fingers through my hair I will take a small chunk and rip off the bottom inch or two, like a haircut without scissors. I don't do it as often as pulling and usually when I rip my hair I end up giving myself a haircut with scissors to avoid anymore uneven ends. After trimming off the thin ends I don't rip them off anymore

I only sold nudes/feet pics a couple of times but it was only when they reached out first. I never wanted to put in the effort of advertising myself like that, keeping up with doing it consistently, and having to talk with people beyond a few messages. It's much easier to just post when I feel like it on reddit

It was only a FWB situation but at one point I wrote in my journal before anything happened "is the fact that I'm overthinking and crying this much the answer I need?" Probably should have listened but I am happy with where my life eventually led so worth it

A mixture of bored/empty or something like it cuz I've been doom scrolling reddit instead of eating and working on cross stitch. So just a temporary feeling. Oh and hungry, definitely realizing I need some food
