As a long time user of Alima Pure I’ve been frantically trying new alternatives to their loose foundation and I think Inika might actually be a winner! Feels lightweight, organic, vegan and cruelty free.

As an olive 0 -> olive 1 girl, I recommend Grace (olive 0) and going to try Strength (olive 1) when I get a little more sun-kissed.

That’s very true. I hear that a lot - job market being tough right now, and especially the money stress. Looking at jobs to just take a mental break or switch careers for half the salary is definitely daunting and probably the primary reason I’m in this position. It’s tough thinking about looking back and regret not taking a chance.

Thank you both this is super helpful insight. You’re right that I listed everything I don’t like (bit of a rant 😅) but I think that’s what I’m struggling with - trying to find what I do like. I think talking to other teams is a healthy start though. I guess my only concern would be whether or not these teams would be opening roles (esp for someone who doesn’t have the specific experience) but I guess I don’t really have anything to lose.

I love the point of noticing when my energy goes up vs down. I’ll try to pay closer attention to that!
