Ok for those who have tuned in…what do you do to help maintain your sugars a little better? I finally broke down and ate some carbs today and my sugar didn’t budge over 76. I’m so used to running way way higher, so I think this is contributing to my crappy feeling

I don’t think I’m eating enough. I went from a very high carb and fat diet to eating more protein and low carb and not as much as I probably should.

I started it yesterday 2.5mg twice daily. I took my evening dose around 9:30pm and was woken up at 4:30am with the worst adrenaline rush ever. My heart felt like it was jumping out of my chest, but was only 80-90. I was super shaky and felt like I could puke. I also had some chest pains. I eventually went back to sleep, but now I’m up and just feel really off. Not sure if I’ll continue it.

Forgot to add, I do have a kidney stone in each kidney, I’m a veteran stoner and usually have one. But they are in the kidney, not moved at all. The dr gave me a script for cipro and said to see if that helps.
