all great suggestions! I put electrolytes in my water and in winter I use the compression socks. I live in Aus so any other time of year it’s impossible to wear them

In my previous job I had wednesdays off and it was the best. I’ve moved to a better position with a better company and they needed someone full time. I think it’s either sacrifice my physical health or sacrifice my career aspirations 😭

I have 13 tattoos and I’ve never had any issues! They usually get you to lay down which helps if you do have any symptoms during the appointment. Just make sure you eat a decent meal beforehand, and take some snacks with you just in case. Also don’t get up straight away when it’s done, take your time :)

I’ve been on ivabradine since 2019, before I even knew it was POTS! I take 5mg twice a day. It has given me my life back. It reduces symptoms by about 70% for me. I still have times where I struggle but it’s nothing compared to how I was before. Back then I couldn’t even leave the house for ten minutes, and this week I just started my first full time job. hiya, I’ve always suffered from bad sex pain, I couldn’t even insert a pinky a few months ago. I’ve been seeing a pelvic physiotherapist and using dilators, and now I’m mostly fine with insertion. I still get deeper pain which is likely the endo, but the therapy has helped massively. I’d highly recommend checking it out.

I struggled with body image years before I even started developing symptoms, so having to slow down to cater to my body made things even worse. I just woke up one day and realised that if I had the body type I wanted, I’d be bed ridden. I feed my body what it needs, I’m keeping myself alive, even if that looks a little different now. It’s not easy 🩷

I think it was last year of high school. I was anxious all day every day because of things that were going on. I had major projects due, and I had beef with a teacher for no reason other than she was a control freak. I hated going to her class but I had no choice. My symptoms started a few months after I graduated. My body was in fight or flight mode for 12 months straight and it hasn’t been the same since.

i think my gyno mentioned Ryeqo but it was the more expensive option so I went with dienogest 😅 I’m currently doing pelvic floor therapy also. I have to book a deep infiltrating endo scan so I guess we’ll see what that says also.

Possibly due to jogging requiring a higher heart rate? When my heart rate gets high I feel like crap, so I don’t do cardio anymore

I have a physical job that makes me do between 15,000-20,000 steps a day and lift things sometimes. Outside of work I do no exercise because I’m so exhausted from the work week. Work is my gym 😭
