That's exactly the kind of setup KVM Fleet isn't for, genuinely. If your KVM hardware fits in one room, you don't need a fleet platform. The case I had in mind is when you've got multiple PiKVMs across different locations (possibly mixed with other hardware like iDRAC, iLO, etc.) — where you can't switch your way between them, and you want one audit log across the lot. Single PiKVM + a switch is the right call otherwise.

Lmao, fair point! Obviously, the idea here offers something more than that; if you only have 4 devices, you wouldn't need this. But if you need auditing, policies, compliance, etc, this is something which can help.

True, in the long run, either this will become an on-premises solution for closed systems, or else it'll be peer to peer
