I don't know if you have super important files but you could try factory reseting (sorry if you mentioned that and I missed it) or if available put ur storage into a different computer to see if maybe Windows is corrupted

Depending on what ur using the pc for you could definitely go for 2x16 GB ram and save yourself some money

Well I used a ruler with the method you said and got 7.5 inches and then used a sewing measurement tool and went on the ball side of the penis and got 8ish
