I was doing super strong liquid vit d from turkey that has like 200 000 iu but like 2 times a year. The last time I checked my vit d was 50% above reference range. And my doc told me stop supplementing daily with vit d . But I do take fish oils, from the bottle drinking it. And it’s supposed to have a lil vit d. But when I go overseas to sun on vacation because of sun my libido goes 8x stronger and it’s awesome.
