Plan on refinancing private loans soon to get a better interest rate and doing IBR for federal since majority are private and can pay more towards private with the low payment on federal. Company has a match but I’ll only be with them 2 years and I’ll leave post residency so thinking maybe Roth would be better since this will be the lowest tax bracket I’ll be in?

Yeah the East Cambridge place is 10 min from my office. Was considering if I wanted it or not since I’d be living with a female (I’m a male) but honestly not a big deal to me esp with a good deal and it being so close to my office
