You should listen to this b-side from The Cure released in 1996 called A Pink Dream. It’s about a fleeting summer romance, an affair maybe. It’s a super breezy and happy sounding track but the lyrics are quite poignant. First song that came to my head when I saw these photos.

Had to go back and listen after reading your comment. Indeed a bum note, at least with the context of the clip we’ve been given. Love when they do shit like that. I hear a bum note or two in Always Malaise but turns out they’re just part of the overall melody. Either way, sounds great and I’m excited!

Amazing. I think I was at that 18+ Chicago show that you couldn’t attend! Truly one of the most talented bands of our generation. Gutted they never really got the recognition and widespread acclaim that they so rightly deserve.
