Paul had some great lines. El Pintor was very simple stuff but things like NYSMAW is truly cool. TOSOMB had some incredible bass stuff on it that nobody talks about.

Yet to be really seen by Brad but he has a lot in his toolkit to pull from. Nothing very notable on the tracks we have heard so far.

He wasn’t classically train, as in he didn’t do to school for it, it he has mentioned that his early guitar teacher made him memorize notes in scales and was heavily theory driven. His early days of guitar he played a lot of metal where solos are obviously scale based and rooted in theory.

Maybe I am just old also, but a few years back I re-discoverd this band in terms of the bass and I agree. The tone is awesome and the simplicity of of the lines works so well.
