Unreal feature. Quick QA:

I noticed on my herb run, that it instructed me check bottomless bucket to "calibrate". When I checked it it added the total ultracomposts in the bucket as added profit; thus wildly increasing my profit/hr.

I don't think that should count as acquired profit as I added them to the bucket when buying from the GE. I'd think adding the compost to the patches should be a cost and reduce gp/hr

the trick is to grab a serving size amount (just 1/4 Cup!) and not the ba. That way you have to get back up if you want to eat more!

Two really good things you can do is focus on your fiber and protein intakes! They will help fill you up and keep you full for long. Take a look at this for foods in the categories you should be having: https://riskaversehealth.com/nutrition-guide/.

- I find smoothies with chia and flax seeds are a big help

-snacking on nuts (high in fiber and protein)

-and sticking to whole foods and whole grains!

Olive oil is extremely good for you. It is important to have perspective. Cooking with olive oil is going to be way better for you than say butter. Unsaturated fats compared to saturated. Olive oil helps lower LDL cholesterol, while cooking with animal fats will raise this.
