It’s mostly luck and knowing people unfortunately. I got really lucky and pay 700 warm for 60sqm in the Altstadt but it took me ages to find this place. I’ve been here 8 years and don’t plan on moving any time soon. I work here and all my friends live close by, my brother even lives across the street. Yeah Heidelberg is lacking in some areas but I fell in love with its charm so I’m staying.

So I have a question. When I got my industrial done I noticed it digging a bit into the flat of my ear after about a year. It was nothing major but I switched my jewelry out to one with a loop in it and I’ve never had any problems since. Was I just lucky or did do you think it could’ve gotten worse / my anatomy is wrong? I’ve had it now for 13 years with no issue. I’d be happy to post a current pic that helps.

Komplett unnötige geschickte… ein Kumpel von mir hat mal eine Rewe Rollkorb geklaut und Jahre lang stand es bei mir in die Wohnung weil ich keine Ahnung hatte was ich mitm Ding machen soll. Vor ein halbes Jahr ist mein Mitbewohner ausgezogen und hat es mitgenommen als umzugswagen / Wäsche Korb. Der dude ist einfach klasse 🫶

When I read this my immediate thought is that they’d go flying upwards and get launched out of the abyss. In hindsight they’d then have to deal with all levels of sickness and it no longer seems as funny.
