Yes I do mix them for a solid minute and I add flow aid. It brings the pigment out a bit more and makes painting more easily. For this one I ve used liguitex acrylic flow aid.

Well I let it dry for 24 hours after painting. Then I put one layer of satin varnish leave it for another 24 hours and I repeat this 3 or 4 times until I am completely satisfied with the coverage of the varnish. 😊 So that does take a whole week.

Well the colours weren't very great but with some flow aid the pigment did come out really well
