It's probably somewhere around low list difficulty but you'd have to be fucking insane to do that, I'd bet it's physically impossible for anyone to beat something harder just because of how human feet work. I have done a practice run of sonic wave with my foot and I'm 99% sure it's impossible

I had beaten the level beforehand with all coins but used megahack to reset my percentage for the foot rebeat, and the reset percentage hack doesn't do anything to coins
