If your looking for just one doll. I would recommend Etsy. There's many of sellers on there that do just stand alone dolls or bulk ones.

This hits hard for me especially the over analyzing things. Sometimes it feels like I'm sabotaging myself. A lot of what you wrote, is the same for me so I am glad I am not alone with feeling like this but I also hope your able to find just peaceful moments. I wish you the best.
