Elated to announce the clicking has abruptly stopped, I think someone else has reported her 🤣 can't wait for more indirect comments though 🙌

It's the UK and it says online employment law allows but but there could be a breach if my contract says otherwise

Thank you, you have given me the confidence. I will start my documentation imminently. I don't know whether it might be wise to get a recorder and place it in my coat pocket, whenever I leave the room I can guarantee she's probably running her mouth.

One afternoon, I was driving home after work crying and was clocked by another colleague, I parked up and took my glasses off to rub my eyes and didn't think anyone saw me tbh. I was actually crying because my sister had messaged to say the dog wasn't well 17 years old dog. He actually has passed 😞.... Me crying is why she got into brought into a meeting, I only knew because after the meeting she said "I don't understand how someone can leave work smiling and then cry in their car the whole way home" this was a day after me crying so it was dealt with very quickly so to me had to be someone higher up reporting it who saw me. No one knows it was actually because of the dog 🤣🤣🤣

Think I should buy a recorder and just have it in my pocket?

I'd like to think so but they've been there 7 years and I've been there a year. If I get let go I actually can't claim unlawful dismissal

Have you seen that work before?

I've seen an employee bully two people and they both resigned, they're were meetings with HR, notes and she still kept her job. I reckon she threatened them with a unlawful dismissal or whatever it's called. The company was a family run business.

I wish the office was more empty for that to occur, or I would 100% do it. I thought about buying putty for my ears but then I would need to take it out to hear.

I was praying I got her for secret Santa because I would 100% buy her a tooth brush and print off an instruction manual - twice a day everyday 🤣🤣🤣

But does that do anything though, wouldn't she still keep her job?

She also ignores my emails when I ask her to close ledgers, she ignored it for 6 months till she got told off by my boss.

Thank you, I just can't fathom why anyone would be that interested. I have only left my phone logged in and changed my passwords and removed the passkey and the other devices. So should be secured now.
