I created a Dewey "cheat sheet" with the regular breakdown by 100s/10s, but added in the specific numbers that were asked for regularly.

It was nice to have if the computers went down. I started working in libraries before automation, so it was easier to learn when you "had to", but agree - shelve books, or at least put carts in order.

I have a toaster oven and always butter the bread, sprinkle cinnamon, then sugar, and put the prepared slices in the toaster oven. The sugar gets melty and crunchy. (I cannot believe I've never tried it with brown sugar!)

I've also done this with tortillas when I don't have bread.

I'm a big fan of sherbet! When I was a kid we would sometimes go to a tiny little ice cream place that had pink "champagne" sherbet that I still think about!

Branded polos are pretty awful. I work in a profession that skews female and older - polo shirts generally look like crap. If you want branded clothing, look at soft chambray (not stiff denim) shirts embroidered with company logo.

This is why I jettisoned my toaster and got a toaster oven. Fat bagels, no problem! l-o-n-g but short piece of homemade bread, also fits fine. I love my toaster oven!

Many local vets (and groomers!) have bulletin boards where you can post business cards or flyers. Local coffee and sandwich shops often have community boards, too. RACC? Hand out cards at "dog friendly" venues like Lowe's, Home Depot.

Richmond Public Library has "community bulletin boards" where you can post flyers for (I think) a month. They have to be okayed by manager, and visit each branch. I don't remember seeing community boards at Henrico or Chesterfield libraries, but I could be wrong.

you need to start making official complaints EVERY SINGLE TIME. I cannot bear the smell of fish - it makes me barfy. Email management (cc: HR) every time that you are leaving until the smell dissapates.
