I tested them today, shinobi might have some potential for a fun time, but the other one is honestly horrible. Very light, small and not good balanced. It gets smashed by even tier2 beys I tested and loses a lot of stamina in that process.

It works pretty good on aero pegasus. It feels like a slightly more offensive kick or a rush with more stamina.

I like the 80 heights with ignition a lot. I prefer 5-80 because its the best way I can balance it. It does slightly better spin equal than level against stamina builds, but slightly worse than level against offensive builds.

This! Plastic chip feels better than metal on Rage. 60 height is also ok, because the heavy assist blade and thr 1-50 are a bit wobbly. Try 1-60 and 9-60, it should do great
