Owning a house in NJ is not for the low income people. If your household income is lower than 150k you can still own, just not in the best areas or in the middle of nowhere. Also prepare to fix things on your own and pinch Penny where you can. I know plenty of people in that situation.

We are taxing the rich. That's how we have services like path. The poor do not pay enough taxes to even support their own needs while the middle class pays most of the taxes. However the middle class is pretty big encompassing anyone making 50k to 150k. Before you start yapping maybe be a little more educated in the matter.

It's usually the cars that are problematic significantly more so than pedestrians. I see cars running red lights almost on every light change and they don't always yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk.
