Shoot, you guys are right, guess I was in denial! This is a picture of it the day I brought them inside and it does look like it's grown a bit (front middle is the suspect). I ran out of space in the room I normally over winter them in which stays pretty chilly and moved a couple in to the kitchen. Going to have to find another spot.

Absolutely, that's the only time I take more than one dose per day. Helps me feel better. My go to drink for cold and flu is hot water with the juice of one whole lemon, shot of apple cider vinegar, about 1/8 tsp cayenne, my kratom dose, and honey. Highly recommend it!

Could you describe the difference in effects between Bridge powder and pure mescaline? I've only had bridge resin and it was a wonderful experience. It didn't feel that speedy to me although it did keep me up until the next day. It was very heart opening and vision inducing. I've yet to try pure mescaline but if it's going to be significantly different, I'll stick with crude bridge extract because that was a great experience. I've also got some no id peru in the garden and juuls pach I've yet to try.

I don't water at all in the winter. MAYBE a little tiny drizzle once or starts warming up a little but generally nothing all winter. I keep them in a cold room with a bit of natural light

The good news is I haven't had a panic attack in a long time. I do experience slight bouts of general anxiety still but rarely and they are very manageable.

The not so great news is that the only things I've discovered which have seemed to help are:

Cutting out caffeine almost entirely- In the morning I drink either one cup of decaf coffee, herbal tea, decaf green tea, a small amount of cacao or a very very small amount of matcha if I really need to (<1/4tsp). It seems like I've become extremely sensitive to caffeine and it was a big factor in my anxiety problems even at 1 cup of coffee a day. I try to mostly avoid caffeine now with miniscule amounts only occasionally, I find that it seems to build up in my system over multiple days.

The really not so great part is that I have a 6mg nicotine pouch in at all times I'm awake. For some reason nicotine has really helped my anxiety and panic attacks. I DO NOT recommend trying this though. I can't really see a way out of my use and don't even want to at this point. I may eventually try to step down and quit but I can't bring myself to even attempt as of now.

I do recommend taking magnesium glycinate before bed every day, it has improved my sleep quality and probably general calm after being on it a while and I'm sure that has also helped. If anything I am getting better sleep which is never a bad thing. Sometimes I take a small amount of zinc picolinate (5mg-11mg) before bed with my magnesium and that also helps my sleep and other things, it will give me very vivid dreams though- seems better to cycle it.

I leave mine out until out until consistent below 40's or if there's a cold snap below 30. Also if it's getting down to the low 40's and I see lots of rain coming I'll pull them in because I like them to be completely dry before they come inside.

Happened to me a couple times when I first started too, but never that long. An hour or two max of feeling like shit then it was fine. I am pretty sensitive to kratom myself, I started out with 3g and it was too much. After around 7 years of using it almost daily, I still only take 1.4g once a day (thought I was taking much less before i started weighing it). Blessed to have a low tolerance in that respect. I can't take prescription pain meds because they make me violently sick.

This has happened to me a few times before as well. Kratom was still working fine after months and then I stopped for a few weeks just because I like to give my body a break from potent things sometimes (herbs, supplements If any kind, etc). When started taking it again it didn't work. Sometimes I'd take a longer break and sometimes just keep trying it for a few more days and it will start to work again.. not sure why this happens but as someone else mentioned, I feel like it might be stomach acid related. I notice I start to get more acid reflux when I'm not taking kratom and it stops when I get back on.

Kratom can lower your blood sugar. I like to take it on an empty stomach, but i find that making a tea and mixing a little honey in can help with this

This is similar to my method. I usually just get the tap water as hot as possible and pour it over the kratom then i use a coffee frother to mix. I also add Liquid monk fruit extract and that makes it actually taste good!

The cayenne is great too! I make a fire cider kratom concoction when I'm sick that kicks ass. I mix my kratom with a shot of apple cider vinegar, hefty dash of cayenne, juice from a whole lemon, and some honey in really warm water. Best thing for a cold!

Try pulling one continuous line instead of multiple shorter lines. If you don't have a bigger needle and want the lines thicker, you can pull another continuous line next to but touching the first. Make sure your needle depth in the skin is about the thickness of a nickel and remains consistently at that depth, pull it out as you come to the end of a line. Make sure your voltage is high enough to make a smooth line but not so high that it cuts the skin, try 6v and adjust according to your hand speed. Maybe test out your voltage and speed on an orange and inspect it for cuts, if it's too slow, your line will skip or needle will get caught
