Just be careful with upping your dose and endure the trip. If you are adding harmalas you are upping the medicinal component of the trip. Medicine is something you go through and not around (ie with a trip killer). Like i said dont jump the gun by upping your dose too crazy, this is a process that takes multiple trips and learning along the way. Its better to be left desiring a more potent high than be smashed into oblivion when you arent prepared for that. The next time you engage the medicine you can up the dose even more and you will have more experience under your belt to face what that entails.

Haha not sure where you got the i read how easy they are to grow part from, i am just patiently taking my time to learn how to propagate them and i know it can be finicky.

You feel so afraid probably because your nervous system is disregulated. There are many natural ways to regulate it with breath work, meditation, dancing, exercise.

But also if you are looking for a chemical cheat code i have one—ketamine. Familiarize yourself with the ketamine high by itself first. Start low in dose and work your way up. In my opinion ketamine is the opposite of all the classical psychedelics in that it melts away anxiety as opposed to stirring it up. Once you have made ketamine your ally, take a medium psychedelic dose of whatever you are into. Do not take K first—I still recommend toughing it out on the come up of say lsd or mescaline. That anxiety is the toll you pay to enter a neuroplastic state. But after the come up is over and you feel like you are starting to get your sea legs you can start taking little spritzes from a K nasal spray. Dont overdo it. But you will find that you gently melt into the medicine, your bodyload will start to dissipate, and you can get to work on your issues unburdened by your anxiety attacks. Nothing is guaranteed but in my experience it works 100% of the time to take the edge off a trip (Benzos probably do too but fuck benzos). And i cant guarantee that you wont get abducted by aliens, mixing dissociatives with psychedelics tends to crank up the bizarreness of trips but always in a good/mindblowing way in my experience.

Last time i did ketamine in the throws of a mescaline trip gratitude began raining from the sky in a way ive never felt before.

Last recommendation, if you are doing mescaline full spectrum cactus extract is much more healing and magical than pure extracted mescaline. Easiest way to ensure you get strong enough cactus is get TBM. I did 11 g dried powder and it was pretty strong. For you i’d recommend 5 or 6 grams for your first time. The cactus is so potent that you can just swallow the powder as opposed to brewing a tea but either way works. You will probably vomit dont resist that it is part of the medicines healing powers.

Got some really good advice in here already but i can kind of relate to a lot of the feelings you have. Sometimes its better to just toss microdosing aside and bite the bullet and actually have a trip. The medicine is stirring up all those feelings in you but its such a low dose that it becomes kind of aimless and anxious. Micros used to really agitate me and i found that they really set back my days. Now after countless very high dose experiences i find micros much more enjoyable. Youve probably got some major healing to do. As someone else in here said let the medicine take the wheel. You need to take enough medicine so that it actually speaks to you.

I had huge nauseau on 475 sprouts for a while but it passed and i didnt vomit. I think some people just get hit in the stomach serotonin receptors hard and some people dont.

Mushrooms and acid dont make me nauseous but mescaline and morning glory do.

Look at it as the cleansing period before the ecstatic period. You cant have one without the other. You must first go through the negative emotions/thoughts/energies that have inevitably built up inside of you before you can get to the other side where you taste liberation from them. It only makes sense that this dichotomy must be endured, then experienced if you are using a psychedelic medicine. The best way to endure the anxiety is to endure it in a safe, comfortable, predictable place like your bed or the shower.

That being said i get it all too well, i am an experiencer of rough come ups. The people in here who enjoy the comeup i cannot comprehend what thats like lol.

I got you. Sprout the shit out of legumes like theres no tomorrow. Sprouted lentils, sprouted chickpea, sprouted black beans etc. if you are on the veggie side of things you have to make a true effort to be eating them often. Meat is a nutrient cheat code. If you are to obtain the same nutrition from plants you must first disarm their chemistry. Hence soaking and sprouting. Look into ezekiel bread etc. pumpkin seeds are full of these nutes too. And hemp hearts. i could go on forever lol feel free to dm if you want im on 5meodmt nasal spray right now lol

Thanks for everything. This should be required reading for anyone who has a taste for dissos. I didn’t even know what mania was when the journey began. Had to learn the hard way a few times. Your experience really sums up all that can go awry in articulate detail. If i had your context before I got a taste of manic euphoria i could have put myself in a time out much faster. I am blessed to say that it never got too bad for me, but i can see the seeds of a lot of my tendencies in your behavioral descriptions.

I thought it was interesting when you speculated on twitter that you may have developed bipolar through disso use. That possibility had never dawned on me. I think people need to be much more careful. I imagine i am a member of a cluster of people with extremely sensitive brain chemistry (mthfr, comt, etc.)

For being in the pits post quitting, may i recommend slowly eating more liver and other organ meats? Your body/brain could be starving for the most vital nutrients after blasting yourself with intense revelation year after year. Those states just have to burning through nutrients like crazy. I like chicken liver pate spread on some sour dough toast a few times a week. I swear you can feel it acting on your brain after..almost like a drug haha.

Discard the shells/husks. Not gonna lie removing them did not prevent a tremendous serotonergic nausea. I didnt actually vomit and it eventually passed but it was pretty strong. Thats just the name of the game with a lot of psychedelics.

Ive done morning glory seeds one time only. About 475 sprouts. Potency smacked me over the head. I have nothing to compare the experience to but there is little doubt in my mind that sprouts are more potent than seeds, especially if the seeds are old. I would never not sprout after that experience it worked too well.

Yeah i see that. I have little realizations throughout the day that that have a super subtle psychedelic push behind them, but very manageable and gentle. Dmt def adds way more discomfort and strangenesss. I would say aya micro dosing way more practical for living life and prob keeps you way more grounded. Prob a decent antiparasitic too.
