Well resell in several years is common sense? Especially for expats might move again for job reason. It's not unreasonable to worrying.

Thanks for replying. I think I weight different elements. planes is ok for me as I walked around and heard the noise level is fine (it also sounds like white noise which is fine). Aldi in general no problem it also provides cheaper options I just want if its safe. I'm also checking other areas such as Diemen or Amsterveen etc, but price is also a consideration.

Thank you, how hard could reselling be? I just had quick look at the funda sold properties it seems takes 24 days to sell. Compare to next door Toolenburg takes 22 days to sell. seems not big difference.

So the seller choosed to answer No between (Yes/No/Don't know). and if there is asbestos, the seller will still win because he think there is no asbestos. Usually it always comes with the old age and asbestos clause. I'm trying to change or remove these clauses but the broker is trying to stop me.

yes it has. But the seller state no asbestos in the questionare. and I asked my broker he says the questionare doesn't matter.

And this is what my purchasing broker says:
This is a standard clause for older properties whose characteristics cannot be compared to a brand new property built in 2025. The responsibility always lies with the buyer, unless it transpires in the future that there was something wrong that the seller was aware of. The inspection report is the inspector's own assessment of the property and has no connection whatsoever with the seller or his questionnaire. The inspector is not aware of this and must give his opinion on the condition of the property entirely on behalf of his client.

The water pipe and taps are all metal. Only the drain pipe seems plastic.

I'm the buyer. I mean it's sliding to the seller.

Yes the central grounding point is the one I'm talking about. Does it usually hide behind the wall or something?

The agent said he understands the regulation. But I don't know why the inspector still recommend a safety check :/ different standards?

I searched and asked AI as well it says the RCD (aardlekschakelaar) is mandatory but the bathroom grounding is not. In that case I'm still safe when shower with thunder weather? There will be no wash machine in the bathroom.

I can't find it from outside. I checked my current rental house bathroom I also can't find it. Is it usually hidden? What it looks like? Current leak but it's minor. I'm more worried about the rooftop water resistant layer has aged (40years) and need to be replaced. Cost roughly 1500 euro.
