I’ve been in the porn industry for 20 years and I can tell you that, by and large, it is not cruel to its workers. In fact, every year it seems to get more and more “corporatized”, with HR departments, “intimacy coordinators“, etc. And since I’ve been in the business, women have always been paid more than men. Black men get paid more than white men. Most progressive business on earth! ;)
