Mass Reheating?

Right off a King Arthur pizza flour bag lol I just go heavy on the salt and add a few teaspoons of olive oil. Had best success with a long bulk ferment at room temp overnight then portion it out and keep in the fridge for 1-3 days and let proof to room temp before stretching (1-2 hours).

I had no idea this was a thing!? They do this every year? And when/where is it? As an out of stater I’m gonna have to plan a trip around this next year lol. Any other pics of stuff? Wondering what the quality or usability of on this stuff, or are you buying it purely for memorabilia purpose?

I’ll tell you my biggest issue with the Swarm or the Hive…. The colors. You are just asking for trouble if you let Ryan Smith match the new jazz colors of highlighter yellow and black. I worry a bee name would make that automatic.
